Lincoln Restoration June 2006

As we start the month of June the budget is tight right now so not much is getting completed.

Here is the list of things that will need to be done.

Entire Exhaust System

Finish the carpet in the trunk and the interior

Finish the door panels

Pick up the rear seats and re-install them.

Mid June 2006

Took it to a Mechanic (for a second opinion), the report was overall very good.

The things we were not aware of is a U-Joint was not the correct one installed, and will need replaced.

The Carb will either need to be replaced or rebuilt.

The Center Link on the steering will need to be replaced.

The Brake hoses will need to be replaced as they are very dry and beginning to crack.

The report is the entire car is entirely all original, and overall in very good shape for a 40 year old car.

This was a good find and a very good car.
